1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Loomino services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Loomino for generating images through our AI-powered platform. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and is subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms.

3. Service Availability

Loomino is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate images
  • Different generation types have different credit costs: logos and icons (1 credit), images vary by quality and orientation (1-4 credits), transparency adds 1 credit
  • Credits do not expire but are non-refundable once used for successful generations
  • All sales are final, though unused credits remain in your account indefinitely

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to use our service to generate, request, or attempt to create:

  • Illegal content or content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content
  • Images containing, depicting, or sexualizing minors in any way
  • Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm to individuals or groups
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates privacy
  • Content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others
  • Content that could be used for malicious purposes or to cause harm

We reserve the right to monitor content requests and immediately terminate accounts that violate these policies. Violations may result in permanent account suspension without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

6. Content Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of images generated using our service. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. We retain generation history and prompts for service provision and your reference.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing prompts with third-party AI providers to generate your requested images.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Loomino or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, except where prohibited by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
